Can i stop paying my world of warcraft account then reactivate it later?

I have changed the file name of the folder of Warcraft in the past but have returned it to Warcraft III now. I don’t know if it has something to do with this.
Oh, so you mean that Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and WoW are different?

u installed not world or warcraft if you can up grade to frozen throne.. u installed Warcraft the Rst not WOrld of Warcraft lol kinda funny

Warcraft III has the Frozen Throne Exansion, not World of Warcraft.
You still need the original World of Warcraft for your Burning Crusade to work.
