   Yes i would go with Marksmanship but watch out you will be taking quite a bit of damage that is why i like BM hunters they take harldy any damage at all.

   It really depends on what you do in the game.

   With PvE/instances, it doesn’t really make a difference because you usually hang back and just shoot. Both specs should bring you about the same in damage at the end.

   In arena or duels, Beast Mastery hunters have the advantage of using The Beast Within and deal a ton of damage during that time. There is a talent in the BM tree that gives the extra armor too. During the cooldown, however, you’re stuck doing crappy damage again. A Marksman will kick your butt almost every time if you’re waiting on that cooldown.

   Marksman hunters are the best in battlegrounds because they have all the different shots (scatter, silent, etc), more crowd control, better multi-shots/stings, and won’t really be affected all that much if their pet dies. They also get sheeped/feared/stunned a lot more often, so equipping a trinket is a must.

   Personally, I prefer Marksman. They do the nasty crits a BM hunter could only dream of. You should try it out and see which one you like more.

   Just like what has already been stated your talent build depends on what it is your trying to do. I’m Raid Leader from a end game guild on Eldre’Thalas. So this is a answer from a raid perspective.

   Marks is great for any melee dps group or a hunter group, but don’t need more then one.

   Beast Master is great for over all dps in raids, If you can mange to keep your pet alive. Until you have seen 5 beast masters in raid group can you truly appreciated this build.

   Survival is also nice for raids, back up CC. Also expose weakness is great for a heavy melee raid.
