Also does the expansion add much for low level characters or is it mostly a high level thing?

I loved World of Warcraft but recently cut my subscription because it became too stale after playing it for almost a year. So now I really want to get back into another large and good MMO that is on par or better then Warcraft. I’m open to most genres and paid subscriptions arent too much of a problem(although i’d prefer a free to play one). I am looking for something with good graphics and dosent get boring quick.
