Put it in ur Interface > Addons folder… when you extract
I suggest downloading the EXE file form Curse.com because they not only have a peice of text to explain how to download and use they have step by step things too.

Create a video blog
Put it in the Interface/Addons folder in your wow directory. Make sure its in the addons folder and not in any of the Blizzard folders there! Questhelper is a great addon!

I’ll make it easy. Just follow these steps exactly.
1. Download the latest version from here:
2. Save it to your desktop for convenience.
3. Now, generally you will want to extract the whole thing to something like this: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns
4. Log into the game and get to character selection.
5. Bottom right corner, there’s a button for your addons. Click on it and make sure you enable QuestHelper by checking the box. You’re done!
6. Type /qh to access it in-game.
