I believe questhelper does this, but i could be mistaken. If all else fails you can just look up whatever rep your trying to get on Thottbot/Allakhazam and see what available quests there are for that faction.

The 2 that answered before me both failed Allekazam(I know i spelled in who but idc) isn’t an addon site and quest helper does not give the exp or rep for a quest it merely shows u where to go to complete it. I can recommend 2 addons 1 if your running a good computer and the other if u have fps trouble.

I dont think quest helper shows the rep rewards and im not sure about addons but thottbot and wowhead will always tell you the rep rewards.
