How do I use Xbox 360 downloaded content for Marvel Ultimate Alliance?

Should automatically apply it to the game.

did you ever download this content before this? did you need to put your gamertag on his 360?, this might be the case of your 360 breaks and you get a new one, but you can only use your extra content while online because it is linked to your first console. he may only be able to access this content while online
