already, G is wrong. wow isn't run on a disk its downloaded onto your computer via disk. once you have it downloaded its not necessary to have it. Anyways, the thing to do is go to start bar, then, all programs then, world of warcraft, and then hit the repair button. It's not too long of a process, and it should get you up and running in the same day.

You probably have some corrupted info in your cash.

Try deleting your character in the WTF folder in the World of Warcraft Folder.

Example:

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\"Account Name"\"Relm"

I would back it up to your desktop first. It will regenerate the folder, it just takes a little time.

If that doesn't work you could try the entire account. Don't worry, your characters are still saved online, and it will regenerate.

And like I said, back it up first, but that should solve the problem. If it doesn't call Blizzard, they are helpful.

Try cleaning it with a damp cloth or if it is visibly damaged, try a CD repair kit, usually available at video game retailers and hardware stores.
