Well, your not up to level 60 yet, so I say you should’nt buy it until you do.

First get to 60 then decide if you want to continue. 60-70 is pretty time consuming.

You should buy Burning Crusade when you reach level 40. This will mean that you are playing enough so you won’t waste your money. But if you want the 2 new races are your first character, then I think you should get it.

-RavenCrest rules (at least what I’ve heard)

Only if you want the new things that come along with the expansion.

If you want jewelcrafting, or if you want to be one of the new races, you might as well go for the BC.

If you’re serious about playing, and you’re going to actually play, get the BC. You’ll end up wanting it later, anyways.

If you don’t have a character yet, I would recommend not getting Burning Crusade until 58 UNLESS you are planning on being one of the new races.

There really isn’t anything new for a low level except the two races and their starting areas. Most BC stuff is for the high levels and you have to be 58 in order to reach it (Outland).

I would strongly suggest getting Burning Crusade because not only are their new characters, talents, and maps, but many of the WoW players play Burning Crusade. If you choose not to get it, you will not be able to communicate with them. Only a few players didnt get Burning Crusade, and they are the only ones you will be able to talk to.

You should only buy it if you plan on either playing a Blood Elf, Draenei, Horde Paladin, Alliance Shaman, or want to do Jewelcrafting at early levels.

Other then that TBC is mostly geared towards gaming after level 60 (hence an expansion).
