hard disk space is not going to make you lag.
it’ll need either 2.6 or 3.6GB can’t remember which one.
clear off everything you dont use, uninstall everything you dont use or need.
the guy above me doesnt know what hes talking about.

are you talking about RAM or disk space?
I run it fine with 2 gigs of RAM.
If you mean disk space, absolutely not. Right now WoW takes up over 9 GB of space on my computer. (That’s including The Burning Crusade expasion and patches)
I just downloaded a PATCH today that was 1.5 GB

Create a video blog…instantly.
If you’re talking about RAM, that’s plenty. However, it does depend on your graphics card and your internet connection and processor speed as well, so just because you’re okay with RAM doesn’t necessarily mean it won’t lag.

nope NOT EVEN CLOSE sorry.
world of warcraft needs a base 6 gigabytes….
if you add burning crusade that brings it up to 8gigabytes
if you add all the patches, including the newest one im downloading now, it become 10.12gigabyes.
AND if you download wrath of the lich king, it becomes 13.41 gigabytes,
i would recommend deleting some files, or put random not really used files on an external harddrive, and download wow on your HDD

WoW takes quite a bit of RAM after all the patches and the expansion. The new expansion comes out which will take even more Ram. right now at the current patch with no addons WoW take 6750MB of hard drive space and mine runs great with 3 gigs of ram.

Are you talking about RAM or HDD space?
Hard Drive Space:
No not at all.
The game itself is 6 – 8 gigabytes, plus at least 2 gigabytes worth of patches, and then you will need more room for addon, and extra room on your hard drive to let everything run properly.
It will be around 12 gigabytes… if your lucky
RAM:
Yes, this should run sufficiently. Lag can also be created from a shocky internet connection though, among other reasons (like a virus scan running in the background etc.)
